Provision to third parties

We may provide the information you provide to us to third parties as necessary to carry out the purposes described above.

For example, we use a third party for:

  • Providing the internet environment of the AVG program;
  • Taking care of the (financial) administration;
  • Taking care of newsletters and invitations.
  • Taking care of our CRM systems
  • Calling candidate buyers/sellers

We never pass on personal data to other parties with whom we have not concluded a processing agreement. We naturally make the necessary agreements with these parties (processors) to ensure the security of your personal data. An exception to this is in the context of data portability. This is a right of a data subject that consists of transferring his or her personal data on request from one responsible party to another (e.g. Notaries).
