Introduction meeting

We start with a comprehensive introduction meeting at your home. Our letting agent inspects the property, assesses its construction and condition, and records it according to the Dutch property valuation system. Together, we determine the form of letting that best suits your plans: temporary or permanent, furnished or unfurnished. Based on our rental database and an analysis of the current market, we then determine a realistic rental price.

Marketing

A strong presentation attracts the right tenants. We also actively approach prospective tenants in our own database who match your property. Would you like extra visibility in the neighbourhood? Viewings

We assess every viewing request first: does the candidate suit your property and your conditions? This prevents unnecessary viewings. We schedule appointments in consultation with you and also conduct viewings outside office hours, so we can find the best match. Screening
